Designing & development department:

Knitting department:
The knitting department boasts of the most advanced knitting machines, including 50 circular knitting machinery (fukuhara, mayer, camber, pailung, orizio, welknit, pailung etc. ),30 power flat knitting machines (kauo heng, welknit, matsua, proti etc. )

Processing department:
Our processing department comprises of compactor cotton processing machines (poongkwang), heat setting polyester fabric finishing machines (longia), shearing machines (lafer), raising machines (lafer), brushing machines (lafer), tumblers and automatic embroidery machines.

Fabrication department:
Equipped with the most sophisticated cutting & stitching machines. This department is equipped with more than 500 single needle stitching machines (juki), overlock machines (juki), folding machines (juki) and thread sucker machines.

Quality control department:
Our in-house tests of ph value, blend analysis, composition testing, pilling test, shrinkage test, washing fastness, rubbing fastness and shade matching are duly complemented by international laboratories like sgs Hong kong, tuv Germany, its Hong kong, fira UK, eurofins Denmark and texanlab, India

Shipping department:
This department is spread over an area of 4,000 sq meters/43,000 sq feet. We also have the special permission for container stuffing in our factory premises.
